Ram Elboim

CEO

Ram brings over 25 years of experience in messaging, intelligence systems, and cyber. Prior to becoming Sygnia’s CEO, he was a Manager, VP and SVP at the company. Previously he held VP R&D, CTO, Business Development and Professional Services positions in Goji Israel, Ectel, Verint, and Verdasys, and consulted to Elbit and Nice. Ram formerly also held positions within Unit 8200, IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (cum laude), a Master of Science in Physics from the Hebrew University, and an MBA (cum laude) from Edinburgh Business School.

Adam Finkelstein

Adam brings over 15 years of experience in cyber security consulting and leadership. He managed large scale cyber security projects and was the trusted advisor to leading organizations worldwide. Before joining Sygnia, Adam held various positions at Comsec Consulting, including managing the company’s activities in Europe. He was also a consulting account manager at Northgate-IS. Adam holds a bachelor's degree in management science from Manchester University School of Management and a master's degree from the London School of Economics.

Adi Keinan

Adi is a finance professional and result oriented executive with over 20 years’ experience leading finance, operations, HR and corporate domains. Her main expertise is with global fast growing tech companies. Before joining Sygnia, Adi served as CFO at Panaya (an Infosys company), Dip-tech (acquired by Ferro) and Polytex technologies, where she managed and led an organic and inorganic growth. Prior to that, Adi also served as financial manager at Alma Lasers (acquired by Fosun Pharma, listed as “Sisram Medical” at HKSE), and held finance positions at Amdocs and Deloitte. Adi is a certified CPA, she holds a B.A in Economics & Accounting from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and an MBA in Business Management from Tel-Aviv university.

David Warshavski

David brings over 10 years of experience in cyber consulting and adversarial cyber security. Prior to his current position, he led Sygnia’s Adversarial Tactics group, managing Red and Purple Teaming, vulnerability research, offensive tool development and assisting in complex forensic investigations. Before joining Sygnia he worked for Comsec Consulting and served in cyber and technology positions at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, Department of Defense, and Unit 8200 - IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Amir Becker

Amir brings over 25 years of experience in cyber operations, threat intelligence, and diplomacy. Before joining Sygnia, Amir headed the Cyber Operations Division (Colonel) at Unit 8200, IDF’s elite cyber unit. Prior to that, Amir served as the first Cyber Attaché to the U.S. at the Israeli Embassy in Washington D.C. Amir has vast experience in leading large-scale cyber programs that have pushed and at times, defined, the boundaries of cyberspace. Amir was awarded the prestigious Israel Defense Prize for technological breakthroughs in the cyber field. Amir holds a double BA in East Asia studies and Economics from the Hebrew University and has completed an MBA.

Rafael Maman

VP of Operational Technology (OT) Security

Rafael joined Sygnia with over 25 years of practical and management experience in OT Security, data analytics, secure digital supply chain management and strategic consulting. Before joining Sygnia, Rafael was a Cybersecurity & Privacy Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and the OT Security Leader at PwC’s Global Cyber Impact Centre. He previously held senior engineering and leadership positions at Shell, PetroQuantum and Care Dynamics. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion – Israel’s Institute of Technology. He also served as an officer in Unit 8200, the IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit.

Sharon Isaaci

Sharon brings over 20 years of experience in security, intelligence, cyber and strategic planning. Before joining Sygnia, he trained cyber security leaders from security organizations and within academia and was a Corporate Business Development Manager at Rafael Defense Systems. Prior to that, Sharon held various command positions in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), among them COO of the Intelligence Analysis Division, and Chief Intelligence Officer and CISO of the Home Front Command. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University, as well as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, and CISO certificates.

Guy Segal

Guy brings over 25 years of experience in cyber technology, analytics operations and business leadership. Before joining Sygnia, he was General Manager of Custodio-Technologies, and before that was Cyber Security Leader of IBM in Israel. Guy previously served in various professional and command roles in Unit 8200, IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit. He holds an EMBA from Ben-Gurion University. In the last few years he was also teaching cyber foundations to MBA students.

Oren Wortman

Oren brings over 25 years of technology and security consulting and leadership experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients across many industry verticals. Most recently, Oren led a cyber advisory practice at one of the leading cyber insurance brokerages. He has also held leadership and consulting positions at KPMG, Grant Thornton, RSA Security, ran his own consulting business in the healthcare technology space, and served as a CTO for a New York based publishing company. As a subject matter expert, Oren is frequently called upon by journalists and leading industry events to share his insights. Oren holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Corporate Communications from the City University of New York.

Noa Benari

Noa brings over 15 years of experience and a track record of success in building emerging technology companies into category leaders. Prior to Sygnia, Noa was VP of marketing at SecuredTouch (acquired by Ping Identity), and held various marketing leadership roles at CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR), supporting the company's global marketing strategy through its initial public offering in 2014. Noa holds a BA in Management and East Asia Studies from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Netta Nahum

Netta Brings over 10 years of experience in human capital management across various industries and organizations. Before joining Sygnia, Netta was the HR leader at Tyto Care, EMEA HR Director at Kaminario, and an advisory board member at several startup companies. She also managed HR for an elite special forces unit and after that led recruitment at a technological unit of Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Netta holds a master's degree in medical science from Ben Gurion University.

Ofir Rosenzweig

Ofir brings over 25 years of experience in business development, sales and partnerships, in technology and cyber. Before joining Sygnia he was VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Comsec, and prior to held business development and technology positions at Aeronautics, Verint, Elbit Systems, Elsevier and Siemene. He also served at an IDF elite technology unit. Ofir holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the Technion and an MBA from London Business School

Mark Korman

Mark brings over 15 years of experience in corporate and high tech law. Before joining Sygnia, he led legal affairs at Zerto (a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company) for over six and a half years, where he built and managed its legal department and played an important role in the company’s growth. Prior to that, Mark was an associate at two of Israel’s leading law firms - Gross (GKH) and Goldfarb Seligman & Co. - in their respective international corporate and commercial departments. Mark holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Hebrew University/Georgetown University as well as a Black Duck Legal Specialist Certificate.

Michael Hekmati

Michael brings more than a decade of experience in software development and cyber security. Prior to his current position, he held several team and group lead positions in the R&D department, and oversaw the development of Sygnia’s analytics platform, detection engine and binary collection infrastructure. Before joining Sygnia, Michael served in Unit 8200, IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit, where he led a group of developers and cyber security experts. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Azeem Aleem

Azeem brings over 15 years of practitioner experience in cyber defense technologies, security operations, counter-threat intelligence, data analytics, and behavioral classification of cybercrime. Before joining Sygnia, he was the global Vice President of Cyber Security Consulting and Threat Intelligence where he worked extensively with national and international law enforcement agencies around intelligence training, detection, and investigation of cyber-crime. As a subject matter expert, he has appeared frequently on regional television and radio programs as an expert on cyber threats. A published book author and academic criminologist, he has also authored several periodicals on advanced security threats in peer-reviewed journals and security magazines.

Rashmy Chatterjee

Rashmy is the CEO of ISTARI, a Global Cybersecurity platform set up by Temasek. She brings over 30 years of experience in strategy, sales and marketing, specifically in the areas of Software and Cybersecurity. Rashmy spent two decades at IBM and her recent roles were Global Cybersecurity Sales leader and Chief Marketing Officer for IBM North America. She was also responsible for the integration of Q1 Labs into IBM and a key member of the leadership team that established IBM Security division. Rashmy earned an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and is a fellow of the International Marketing Academy.

Keat Chuan YEOH

Keat Chuan (KC) Yeoh is Senior Managing Director, Enterprise Development Group of Temasek. Before Joining Temasek in 2017 he was Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). Prior to this, he was EDB's Assistant Managing Director. KC has held Director level positions in EDB since 2005, overseeing divisions including the Americas and Biomedical Science clusters. He is a Glaxo-EDB scholar who earned a Masters of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the University of London. He attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, Masters in Management Science program, and graduated as a Sloan Fellow.

Nadav Zafrir

Nadav is the co-founder and CEO of Team8 and Managing Partner of Team8 Platform. Previously he was the commander of Unit 8200, IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit, as well as a founder of the IDF Cyber Command. He brings more than 25 years of experience in cyber leadership, technology management, and operations. Nadav earned a Bachelor of Laws from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He advises C-suite executives and boards and is a frequent speaker at global forums, including World Economic Forum, World50 and Google’s Zeitgeist

Joe Hubback

Joe Hubback is ISTARI's Managing Director EMEA and their Academy's Global Managing Director. Joe has a broad background including McKinsey & Company where he was a partner and co-led the creation of their cybersecurity practice. Joe a published independent cybersecurity analyst and has also held corporate leadership roles (as MD for North West Europe in Keller running a full P&L). He started his career in the industrial sector as an engineer designing and installing electronic control and robotics systems. He is also passionate about entrepreneurship and is a trustee of the Centre for Entrepreneurs charity.

Rony Grushka

Rony brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and governance, entrepreneurship and executive leadership, as well as an investor, partner and board member. Amongst his roles he was a co-founder, CFO and Head of Strategy of Markit Group (NASDAQ:INFO), which he led to an IPO; a Special Advisor to General Atlantic Private Equity Group; and a Governor at London School of Economics. He also serves on the board of Cappitech regulation, Algomi, Vatbox and Namogoo. Rony has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics (LSE).

Michael is the Chief Information Security Officer for Equinix responsible for leading its global cybersecurity, compliance, and risk programs. Michael oversees Equinix's security across product development, Operations, IT, compliance, and business resilience teams. Michael has extensive experience in enterprise IT support and has held several executive roles with Microsoft, Fireeye and EMC. He also has experience overseeing global cybersecurity programs and advising large enterprises, governments and regulators across global markets. Michael has dual degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of New Me
